Rohit finishes and having Pakistan in IPL

On 9th April 12,  Yuvraj Singh  returned home  after receiving treatment for a cancerous tumour in the United States.  He was seen in high spirits as he waved to well-wishers who had gathered at New Delhi airport to welcome him back. He was earlier  diagnosed with a rare condition, mediastinal seminoma - a malignant tumour between his lungs  and underwent  three sessions of chemotherapy in Boston.  Wishing him speedy recovery and wish to see him action on the Cricket field soon.
There are too many voices on India Pakistan relations and people tend to relate everything citing that they would improve the relations between the neighbours and IPL chairman and BCCI vice-president Rajiv Shukla cannot be far behind !!  He is quoted as saying that the participation of Pakistan cricketers in the IPL is dependent on the resumption of India-Pakistan cricket ties. "No one is against Pakistan or Pakistani players in India, or else we would not have allowed Pakistani commentators or umpires in IPL 5," Shukla is quoted as saying..
One would recall that the inaugural Champions League T20 was to be held in 2008 but was cancelled due to the Mumbai attacks. Money certainly unites !!!
Elsewhere at Bridgetown, WI battled like old champions and kept Australians wrapped.  Having declared at 449 for 9, they had Australians floundering at 248 for 5 with a partnership developing Michael Hussey and Wade.  If West Indies could turn their performance to a victory, it would do them a lot good.  Chanderpaul’s unbeaten century and the runs made by Brathwaite, KA Edwards, DM Bravo and Darren Sammy all helped WI reach a comfortable 449
Back home, at Vizag, Mumbai Indians, powered by Rohit beat Deccan Chargers in a last over carnage when 18 were needed off Dan Christian – a six off the final ball taking MI home.  Earlier Dale Steyn bowled fast to account for Suman, Levi and Dinesh Karthik.  It was an astonishing reflex caught and bowl that got rid of Suman, while Levi was cleaned up.
Look at the names and how many of them are known to you  :  Shikhar Dhawan,  Bharat Chipli, Ravi Teja, Ankit Sharma, Anand Rajan – the more prominent were - Parthiv Patel, Daniel Christian, Sangakkara, C White, Amit Mishra, Dale Steyn – that is Deccan Chargers playing XI – they made 138 and remained the favourites throughout till the last over when 18 were required of Daniel Christian . ball no. 1 went for 4 struck by James Franklin.  The fourth was hit over deep backward point by Rohit sharma for a 6 and 5 were needed off 2 – 5th was 2 and off the last ball, Rohit slammed it for another sixer to bring a remarkable win. Earlier Kieron Pollard, played a cameo bringing down the run rate
