An young guitarist on the streets of Rishikesh !

The words at the start are of   ‘Prudence’ album of The Beatles.  The Beatles (commonly   The White Album) is the ninth studio album and only double album by the English rock band the Beatles, released in Nov  1968. Featuring a plain white sleeve, the cover contains no graphics or text other than the band's name embossed.  This was intended as a direct contrast to the vivid cover artwork of the band's previous work.

Of significance is the fact that The Beatles visited the ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in Rishikesh in February 1968 to study Transcendental Meditation.   The ashram is officially known as Chaurasi Kutiya and is located on the eastern bank of the Ganges River.  This stay was the band's most productive songwriting period, inspiring most of the tracks for the double album known as the "White Album" (including "Dear Prudence", written for Mia Farrow's sister). Those visited include :  John, Paul, George, and Ringo, along with wives, partners, and other celebrities like Donovan and Mike Love.
