Auto Mantra ~ !! - importance Education ......... and kidney

Education is the most important thing and perhaps the powerful tool to transform a society.  In Triplicane, SYMA has been running a free Tuition centre (throughout Academic year) since 2008 – to more than 100 students (X Std & +2) – SYMA Growth.  Importance of education has been glorified in Thirukkural, Naladiyar and in many Tamil literature verses.  

Kidneys are two bean-shaped organs, roughly fist-sized, located below the rib cage on either side of the spine, crucial for filtering blood, removing waste/extra water as urine, balancing electrolytes, controlling blood pressure, and producing red blood cells via hormones. They are vital parts of the urinary system, with each kidney containing millions of tiny filters (nephrons) that purify the blood, removing toxins and balancing fluids, with problems like diabetes or high blood pressure posing major risks.

கல்வி கரையில கற்பவர் நாள்சில;

மெல்ல நினைக்கின் பிணிபல - தெள்ளிதின்

ஆராய்ந்து அமைவுடைய கற்பவே நீரொழியப்

பாலுண் குருகின் தெரிந்து.

வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் படித்துக்கொண்டே இருந்தாலும், கற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டியவை இன்னமும் நிறையவே மீதி இருக்கும். கல்விகள் முடிவில்லாதன; ஆனால் கற்பவருடைய வாழ்நாட்கள் சில! சற்றுப் பொறுமையாக நினைத்துப் பார்த்தால் அந்தச் சில வாழ்நாட்களிலும் பிணிகள் பலவாக இருக்கின்றன. ஆதலால் நீரை நீக்கிப் பாலைப் பருகும் அன்னப் பறவையைப் போல அறிவுடையார், நூலின் தன்மைகளை அறிந்து நல்ல நூல்களையே கற்பர். 

Drinking alcohol can affect many parts of your body, including your kidneys.  Alcohol damages the kidneys by causing dehydration, increasing blood pressure, and interfering with their ability to filter blood. Chronic heavy drinking increases the risk of kidney disease and acute kidney injury.   

இந்த சென்னை மாநகரத்தில் நம் கண்ணில் பளிச்சென்று பட, ஆட்டோக்களின் பின்புறத்தில்   பொன்மொழிகளையும், தத்துவங்களையும், கவிதைகளையும்கூட எழுதி வைத்திருப்பார்கள்.  இவற்றின் மூல படைப்பாளி யார் என்பது தெரியாது !!
