Centenary celebrations of Sri R Jagannatha Iyengar

Shri R Jagannatha Iyengar was reverred teacher in Hindu High School (1952-1986); he was a renowned Scouts Master and was active in Cooperative Society of the school too.
After retirement he was actively involved in TAMBRAS activities serving as President for few years.
He lived in Nagoji Rao Street, Triplicane. Many of you may know his J Sridhar – an ebullient person, Cricketer and extremely friendly to all person. It was extremely unfortunate that he along with K Srinivasan died in May 1985 in a tragic road accident.
Sri Jagannathachar’s Centenary celebrations are planned at Yadugiri Yathiraja Mutt by his daughters, and grandsons/daughters and relatives.
