Year 2020 unfolded newer threats for the humanity ~ the dreaded Corona Virus (Covid 19) changed the way people live. From Mar 24, 2020 the Country went under lockdown – and by adopting saner methods, the spread could be controlled. While Western Countries suffered and predicted that INDIA would suffer worst, the Nation has fought with resilience, thanks to the initiatives of the Govt of India and our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji.
Education came to a screeching (sort of) halt ! – perhaps Happy days are back now. After studying online for the last 19 months, younger students of the State of Tamil Nadu, studying in Class I to VIII, returned to classrooms on Nov 1, 2021. With this move, all one crore students studying from Class I to XII in Tamil Nadu are being allowed to return to schools for the first time since March 2020. The elementary education department has asked the schools to conduct storytelling, drawing and other creative sessions for the first two weeks to ease children back into the academic environment. Schools have devised their own ways to split students' strength into two and conduct physical classes on alternate days.
SYMA has an unsaturated desire for serving the Society. SYMA [Srinivas Youngmen’s Association] has been in the field of Social service since 1977 ~ WE run a Medical centre where consultation / medicines are provided at Rs.2/-; quality Medical analysis lab and Scan facility. Besides our various initiatives in civic activities, our initiative in the field of Education ‘SYMA Growth’ has been prospering. SYMA Growth – a fullfledged tuition centre, is our cherished initiative in educating the economically poor children, uplifting their standards and making them responsible citizens, by providing quality educational support throughout the year free. In this beautiful World, most students are frightened to face the Public examinations. SYMA’s vision is to provide good quality education training free of cost for those students who suffer for want of opportunities. On 6th July 2008, Mr. R Sekar, IPS, Commissioner of Police launched our Tuition Centre ‘Growth’ and a right beginning was made. Every year since, we have been tasting grand success with very good results.
It was
cindarella tale with our students coming out in flying colours but 2020
challenged us. Due to Covid, we could
not run our tuition centre for the academic year 2020-21 – and now we are
planning to be back with a bang ! The
classes for the present academic year 2021-22 would start sooner. The success of SYMA Growth in uplifting the
students from lower echelons of society is fully because of the untiring
efforts of teachers of SYMA Growth.
SYMA places on record our profound thanks to the Management of NK Thirumalachariyar
National Boys High School, Mr S. Venkatadri, HM, NKT Boys High School, our beloved
teachers of SYMA Growth.
There are so many of you, who have contributed in the success of Growth and a BIG THANKS to you ALL. The ensuing Academic year would pose greater challenges to the student community. We pray to Emperuman Sri Parthasarathi that Covid 19 is eradicated totally, things are back to normal, schools reopen and our Education centre, Growth would continue providing quality educational support to the students from the lower echelons of Society.

been decided :

at our Medical centre on 22.11.2021

Students to submit filled in
application before 24.11.2021

Probable date of interview
after scrutiny 3 pm on 27.11.2021
·
Auspicious start of Growth
2021-22 by 1st week on Dec or earlier on a good muhurtham
·
Classes this year 5.30 pm to
7.30 pm on all days excluding Sunday. Sunday 10 am to 12 noon.
·
We will strictly adhere to
all health instructions / safety guidelines of Govt and Educational
institutions
·

*Going by Govt
instructions, Teachers’ advice and the way schools are operating – admission is
restricted to 20 students per class only*

This time on an
experimental basis - it will be BOYs
Only for X Standard (1 English medium and 1 Tamil Medium sections

For +2 – this time on an
experimental basis, it will be *GIRL STUDENTS ONLY* (1 Sec for Science Group
and 1 for Commerce Group)
Almost all of those who take the
application are from weaker strata of society and would fit into our
eligibility norm – rejections are very very low % - So, if there are any known
persons, for whom you require admission, ensure that they take the application
and follow the process.
