It is cruel,
painful and shocking to hear the passing away of this genius, genial
ever-smiling person, snatched at such an young age. Sri Desikan Balaji is no more !
He wished
himself to be known as Advocate, Tutor, Author, Speaker, Drama artiste, book
writer, Chess enthusiast and more .. .. highly qualified, kind at
heart. In recent times, a College
Professor spoke to me in high regard and awe about his teaching capabilities in
Corporate Law .. .. he passionately trained students on Commerce, Law and
Management related subjects. Authored many
books too.
He was
Managing Partner of DB Law chambers. Triplicanites know him for his humour and
passion for Cricket – he studied in Hindu Sr Secondary school; did his B.Com,
became Company Secretary; did Cost & Management accounting; PG in
Intellectual Property Law and became Associate member in Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
Today WE
mourn his passing away, after brief illness. .. .. feeling very pained and
extremely sad on his untimely death at the age of 31.
Death is
cruel. .. .. Triplicane has lost a jewel and we mourn. Pray Emperuman for giving strength to his
mother to bear this colossal loss.
