keep cool !! - A midsummer night's dream !!

It is only 730 am – it is sweating and we do feel the heat – fear the hot day and going out !!  - Chennai summer is here and take solace from the fact that it would be more severe in Vijayawada, Warangal, Ramagundam !!  . .. beat the heat with cooldrinks, icecreams, .. .. .. and .. ..   the heatwave and rising temperatures every year make it difficult for us to enjoy the summer and make it a challenge to go through a summer day without complaining about the heat.  The kinds of foods we eat and drinks we enjoy can make a huge difference.  As we sit in the comfort of home, we fear going out and think of sipping some cool drink ! – better to avoid carbonated, aerated drinks !! – dream – a Midsummer night’s dream. 

Life these days start with Amazon, we tend to place so many orders online .. .. Amazon.com, Inc. is an American multinational technology company which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital streaming. It has been referred to as "one of the most influential economic and cultural forces in the world”.  It was  founded by Jeff Bezos from his garage in Bellevue, Washington, on July 5, 1994. Initially an online marketplace for books, it has expanded into a multitude of product categories. 

As the mercury levels are rising,  we look to innovative ideas to keep ourselves cool this summer. Since spending all day in airconditioned cabins is not feasible, there should be ways to keep the body cool internally.  Fruits do that better. Juicy fruits are a blessing during summer as they keep the body hydrated. They s come with a healthy dose of Vitamin A and C and are a good source of antioxidants and fibre, which improve digestion. Try taking - Watermelon, Peach, Orange, Kiwi, Palm fruit (nungu), of course tender coconut (ilaneer)

 

In Greek mythology, the Amazons   are portrayed in a number of ancient epic poems and legends, such as the Labours of Heracles, the Argonautica and the Iliad. They were a group of female warriors and hunters, who surpassed some men in physical agility and strength, in archery, riding skills, and the arts of combat.   

Four Athenians run away to the forest only to have Puck the fairy make both of the boys fall in love with the same girl. The four run through the forest pursuing each other while Puck helps his master play a trick on the fairy queen. In the end, Puck reverses the magic, and the two couples reconcile and marry. Theseus  was the mythical king and founder-hero of Athens. Hippolyta,  was a daughter of Ares and Otrera, queen of the Amazons, and a sister of Antiope and Melanippe.  The name Hippolyta comes from Greek roots meaning "horse" and "let loose." 

A Midsummer Night's Dream is a comedy written by William Shakespeare,  set in Athens, and consists of several subplots that revolve around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta. One subplot involves a conflict among four Athenian lovers. Another follows a group of six amateur actors rehearsing the play which they are to perform before the wedding. Both groups find themselves in a forest inhabited by fairies who manipulate the humans and are engaged in their own domestic intrigue. The play is one of Shakespeare's most popular and is widely performed.

 

First idea to beat the summer, don’t be too serious, live, laugh and enjoy – there are always challenges !!  Selling comes easily when you appear appealing  to your market, showcase  your ware attractive !!
