flying birds ! - discipline !!

A random photo taken this morning .. . there are more than 50 odd birds .. .. only one is below the line – none above the line – rest are all flying  in the same bracket !!

How disciplined are you ? – and would you remain the same when you are not monitored too .. .. many would jump signals, drive in one-way – when the possibility of getting caught by Traffic cop is less !

Discipline - When you ask 10 people to define discipline, you might get 10 or more different answers. Often you hear people saying they are motivated to do something. Ultimately, someone could be motivated one day but then something more desirable comes along and the motivation could shift. Discipline, however, will override motivation. Behavior modification is similar to boundary-based discipline, but incorporates rewards for positive behaviors in addition to punishments for bad ones.  Yet discipline is much more than simply doling out rewards or meting out punishments.

With the joys that accompany parenting also come the many trials and tribulations of the role. Parents are tasked with making choices about everything from their child's education to their dietary needs, in addition to the question of how to handle disciplinary actions when kids need a bit of parental guidance.   Ensuring discipline in their kids is often a major responsibility, many parents haplessly fail !!

Discipline is commonly applied to regulating human and animal behavior to its society or environment it belongs. In the academic and professional worlds a discipline is a specific branch of knowledge, learning, or practice. Discipline can be a set of expectations that are required by any governing entity including the self, groups, classes, fields, industries, or societies. Positive discipline is much like it sounds: using mutual kindness and respectfulness to create a safe space for both parents and child.

All that a photo triggered !
