Benevolence ! - act of compassion from a pushcart seller

How often do you do charity ! – and would you like those to be seen by others !

USS Benevolence (AH-13) a United States Navy Hospital Ship, was built as SS Marine Lion in 1944 by Sun Shipbuilding & Drydock Co., in Chester, Pennsylvania, under a Maritime Commission contract. She displaced 11,141 tons fully loaded, with  maximum speed was 17.5 knots. She was sponsored by Mrs. Daisy Unter, transferred to the United States Navy on 31 July 1944, converted to a hospital ship by Todd-Erie Basin Shipyard, Inc., Brooklyn and was commissioned on 12 May 1945.

Live your life in such a way that you’ll be remembered for your kindness, compassion, fairness, character, benevolence, and many other good things, a life of compassion to fellow humans, especially those under-privileged.

Omnibenevolence  is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as "unlimited or infinite benevolence". Some philosophers have felt  that it is impossible, or at least improbable !!

Warren Buffett, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, has donated more than $750 million in Berkshire Hathaway stock to the four foundations run by his family recently, but unlike with his planned annual gifts to charity each summer, the donations didn't include the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

This evening was intrigued by crows following this pushcart merchant .. .. perhaps his entire stock/capital can be purchased with a few hundred of rupees, yet he exhibited nobleness.  He was taking out some of his product and spraying it for the hungry birds ! those crispy morsels falling out of his hand can be clearly seen !! – appreciate his benevolence.
